Lower Pool - Age-Group

PRE-SEASON

May ? to June 19th

Monday through Friday:

13 & Overs                    3:30 - 4:15

11 to 12 Year Olds        4:15 - 5:00

   10 & Under                   5:00 - 6:00

 
Saturday Mornings:

11 & Overs           8:00 to 9:30

10&Under              9:30 to 10:30

REGULAR SEASON PRACTICE

June 20th through July 27th

Monday through Friday:

8 & Unders               7:15 to 8:00

9 to 10 Year Olds    8:00 - 9:00

13 & Overs                9:00 - 10:15

11 to 12 Year Olds       10:15 to 11:15

Tuesday through Thursday ONLY:

All ages -  4:00pm to 5:00 pm  ONLY for campers or other swimmers that cannot attend regular morning practice.  Only two lanes will be made available to the swim team.

THERE WILL BE NO Afternoon

PRACTICE ON

July 10thth/11th/12th and July 17th/18th

Modified Schedule will start July 30th for Individual All-Star swimmers.

Little Jaws

Practice begins Wednesday, June 20th

Monday through Friday:

       7:15 to 8:00am    Group I

       8:05 to 8:50am    Group II  

PRACTICE ETIQUETTE

Parents should not be on deck during swim practice.  Please do not approach the coaches or swimmers during practice.  During practice time, coaches need to give their full attention to our swimmers.  If you need to briefly speak with a coach, please make sure you catch them at the end of your child's practice and before the next practice begins.  

Swimmers are expected to attend practice and must swim with their appropriate age group practice unless told the by the Head Coach.

 The coaches' personal email and cell numbers are provided only for the purpose of scheduling private swim lessons. Please contact the Team Reps with all other matters regarding your swimmer or the swim team.
