REGISTRATION FAQs

In order to participate in the Chesterbrook Swim Team you MUST be a member of the Chesterbrook Swim & Tennis Club.  For more Membership information go to www.chesterbrookclub.com

Once you have logged into your Thriva account to register for swim team, PLEASE PURGE ANY OLD EMAIL ADDRESSES FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.  ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE DONE VIA EMAIL.  MAKE SURE ALL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES REFERENCED IN YOUR THRIVA ACCOUNT ARE ACCURATE AND CURRENT.

• If you were a part of the team last year, PLEASE do not create a new account.  We can help you locate your password.  If you create a new account, you will create nightmare situations for us as we import our data into Hy-tek in order to run the meets.  So, PLEASE do not create a new account just because you forgot your password.

• While registering, use your child's name as it is used in USA swimming.  If your child is not a registered USA swimmer, it is not a problem at all.  Please just make sure you enter their legal name using Initial Cap/Lower case.  In the preferred name area, enter the swimmer name as you would like to see it on meet sheets, etc (ie, if they use their middle name).  
  

• Please be sure to complete the all email sections.  This will be the primary email we use for team emails.  If the email is not entered correctly, you will not receive team emails.

• T-Shirts:  Please note that CST team t-shirts are part of your registration.  Please make sure you complete the section where you choose the t-shirt size for your child.  If you would like additional t-shirts for non-swimmers in your family, there will be an option during the registration process to add additional shirts for an additional fee.  Please make sure you enter the sizes for any additional shirts you wish to purchase.

• Caps:  You can order your choice of personalized latex or silicone caps during checkout.  As mentioned, these caps are personalized and due to production times, the final order will be sent in on May 7th.  Also, due to production requirements, there is a minimum order of two (2) for both silicone and latex personalized caps.  You cannot order only 1 cap. You can however order any number over 2.

• Lastly, in an effort to make sure we have an accurate database with correct information prior to the first practice, we will implement a late fee of $25 for any returning family failing to register by Monday, April 30th.
